  Love the food, very accommodating staff. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the music. It's very appropriate. I enjoy the country music playing. I wouldn't want to sit and eat my meals listening to rock or rap. Now would I subject my kids to it. I love this place. My only suggestion is that they are a little more consistent with their serving sizes. Not all servings are portioned the same.

  This morning 6 of us placed orders individually online to be picked up about 1145. We all received confirmation numbers along with emails. Only 4 of the orders were completed when we arrived around noon. I was told the other 2 orders were never received. One order was placed by me. I said I received a confirmation number and was then asked by the cashier to see it. I showed it to her and she said, " well it wasnt received ." I was then told I needed to go to the end of the line and place my order. I refused, stating I had a confirmation number and am on an hour lunch break and could not wait in line, hence the ordering ahead online. The cashier said her manager was on the phone and she couldn't check their emails to see if they received my order. I waited. The manager checked the emails said it was NOT received and told some one to make my salad. Funny how I have an email confirmation from 1053 this morn confirming my order was received. Never once was an apology given or an admittance of a mistake. The focus was on me and that I must not of ordered online correctly. I tried looking online for the franchise contact info to let the owner know how rude his 2 employees treated me. The 6 of us will not be going back anytime soon. Not that I think Saladworks even will care.
