  I recently visited ruby tuesdays for the first time over the weekend. The service and food was pretty good. However when checking my bank account the following day I noticed the waitress charged me for an additional tab that was not mine. It is now going on day four and I have yet to be refunded my funds nor have I been compensated for my troubles. I can't seem to get a refund in a timely manner yet it seems that they can keep charging my card that has not physically been at the restaurant since over the weekend and fee of $28.00. Thanks to this location and the mount of mistakes and charges to my card I am now left with overdraft fees. I will never go to ruby tuesdays again and I suggest you pay in cash when going to this location.

  First problem. We were bumped by another party of 4 because the hostess started another sheet and my name was on the previous sheet at the bottom and someone couldn't see that my name was not crossed out. Our server Courtney was nice but the bar was slow on our drinks for the duration of our dinner. It was only fruit iced teas. My husband told the lady that brought our food (same that didn't see my name on the waiting list) that he didn't want the fries and she said she would tell Courtney. They came out anyway. Our food was awesome and hot. Loved the salad bar. Its just like the way it used to be when you first opened. I will be back but, I will start the timer on my phone and make a mental note of who was there before me.

  Best food in the world, and good staff. Got a hard order right! What a nice job. The salad bar was excellent, and the food was more fantastic! (Went there three weeks ago with my brother, uncle, and grandparents)
